Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing settings at any time and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens when my 7-day trial ends?
After 7 days your Growth plan continues at £129/month and your card is charged. You can cancel before the trial ends with no charge. If you'd rather skip the trial and pay now, that option is available on the plan card.
Do unused scans roll over to the next month?
No. Scan allowances reset on the 1st of each month. This keeps costs predictable for everyone. Quota usage is visible in your dashboard so you always know where you stand.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage this from your billing settings inside the dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Invoicing and bank transfer is available on Business and Agency plans. Contact us to arrange.
How many websites can I monitor?
Starter covers 1 site, Growth covers 2, and Business covers up to 5. Agency plans start at 10 sites and go up to 60. Each site gets its own full scan allocation; scans are per site, not shared.
Is there a setup fee or long-term commitment?
No setup fee and no minimum commitment. All plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to paying monthly.
