A few things people ask

How fast do you reply?

Usually the same day, though we always get back within one business day. If you're asking about agency setup, a call tends to be quicker than going back and forth over email. You can book one at the top of this page.

What happens after I book a call?

We'll have a chat, usually 20 to 30 minutes. From there we can confirm which plan fits and get your account set up. Most agency accounts are ready within 3 days of signing off, often sooner. We'll also help you get your white-label branding connected and your first client sites added. Have a look at the agency plans beforehand if you want.

I'm not sure which plan is right for me.

If it's just your own website or two, the Growth plan at £129 a month is usually the one. It covers AI enrichment, 2 sites, and auto-scheduling. If you're managing client sites as an agency, Agency Launch at £499 a month gets you 10 client sites to start with. Still not sure? Just send a message and we'll help you figure it out.

Can I pay by invoice instead of card?

Yes. All agency plans can switch to invoice billing. Just email us after signing up and we'll change it over within 3 days. We do monthly or quarterly, paid by bank transfer.

Can I change plans or cancel whenever I like?

Yes, no long-term contracts. Upgrades happen straight away. If you're downgrading or cancelling, it kicks in at the end of your billing period so you keep what you've already paid for. Just email us and we'll sort it.

Do you do custom setups for larger teams?

Yes. If 60 sites isn't enough or you need something a bit different, like custom scan intervals or a dedicated support arrangement, just get in touch and we'll figure something out.
