Agency partner questions

How does the agency model work?

You hold one Trym agency account that covers all your client websites. You manage everything from a single dashboard - scanning, reporting, uptime alerts - and bill your clients however you like. Trym handles the infrastructure; you own the client relationship and set your own margins.

Do my clients get their own login?

Yes. Each of your clients can have their own login to access their site's dashboard and reports directly. You remain the account owner and control what they can see and do. This keeps your client relationships intact while giving them visibility into their own data.

What does white-label branding include?

Basic white-label (Agency Launch) covers your agency logo and name on all exported scan reports and AI health reports. Full white-label (Agency Growth and Scale) adds a custom colour scheme, report cover branding, and removes all Trym references from client-facing documents - so every report looks like it came straight from your agency.

Can I add team members to the account?

Yes. Agency Launch includes 1 team seat, Growth includes 3, and Scale includes 8. Each seat gets full dashboard access. Additional seats can be arranged - contact us if you need more than your plan includes.

What happens if I go over my site limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier before adding further sites. Your existing monitored sites remain active and unaffected. If you're approaching the Scale limit of 60 sites, get in touch and we'll discuss a custom arrangement tailored to your portfolio.

How are scans allocated across client sites?

Each site gets its own scan allocation - 30 SEO and 30 security scans per site per month. They are not pooled or shared across clients, so one busy client cannot eat into another's allowance. Scan counts reset on the 1st of each month.

Is invoicing available?

Yes. All agency plans can be invoiced monthly or quarterly and paid by bank transfer. Contact us after signing up and we will switch your account to invoice billing within 3 business days.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes, no long-term contract required. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you always get the full month you've paid for.
